“I love Southside Chem-Dry. As an agent we are only as good as the team we have surrounding us. I refer and use Southside Chem-Dry personally and professionally. Their service is impeccable. I am able to have flexible appointment times to meet my customers needs. Also their staff is efficient, friendly, and accommodating. Their cleaning techniques allow customers to move in very quickly after the service because of the dry cleaning techniques they use. Also after the cleaning it smells like a breath of fresh air. I really appreciate the job this company does. I highly recommend this company. 10 stars!”

“My husband bought me a new puppy last month and with a new dog came potty training the animal. I began to freak when she peed on my new carpet, being 5 month pregnant all I can focus on was the smell. I gave Southside Chemdry a call. They promptly sent a technician to my home. The tech explained the procedure to me. I could not believe it the smell was gone like it never happened. The tech knew his materials. He was friendly and polite. I will always use Southside Chem Dry for my carpet cleaning needs!!! Thanks guys you rock.”

“This is the second time we’ve used Southside Chem-Dry in a year. I REFUSE to use anyone else. Tyler and Caleb are thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. We ask for them by name and continually call the office to compliment their service every time. Do yourself a favor, and request them, even though it’s clear to me anyone they send will be above the bar. Heather in the office will take care of you amazingly fast and make useful recommendations for whatever issues you have in your home. She recommended options I didn’t know were available. My expectations are definitely exceeded! Thanks Heather!”

“Had a pet stain a sofa with feces. After cleanup and recommendation from Young’s Upholstery, they said a deep clean would be better to save the fabric and they recommended Chem-Dry. They were quick to respond and get to my home the next day. I was called the appointment day and updated to the arrival time. That was very helpful and worked great. The two technicians arrived and told me how they were going to clean the entire sofa. Three large seat cushions and three back cushions. Plus the rest of the sofa frame. They were professional, worked quickly and were very polite. They finished up and showed me what work was done and we took care of payment on the spot. They are a great service and good value, I would use them again”

“These people are the best. My carpets look so good and smells great. They got my high traffic areas out that I thought was impossible. The tech was so friendly and professional and took a lot of time on cleaning my troubled areas. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a great cleaning job. Also, the carpets dried very quickly, not like steam cleaning, I have had in the past where the carpets are wets for days.”

“Southside Chem-Dry was amazing. I have two teenage children and a toddler and my furniture was destroyed with soda and juice stains. My furniture was only a year old and looked as if it was about ten years old. The technician was very friendly and did an amazing job. He got my furniture looking back like it did when we first purchased it. I will continue to use ChemDry and only ChemDry for my carpet and upholstery needs!!”

Heather is great to work with and I like that I always get the same techs and that is so helpful because they are familiar with my house.”

“I used Southside chem dry for the first time last week to clean my entire house. I have 3 young children in my house and didn’t think it was possible to clean up some of the stains they left behind but I was extremely impressed at the outcome. Not only did all of the stains (markers, make up, nail polish) disappear but it didn’t cost me as much as others charged in the past. Now that I know what a great deal and excellent service I can get, I will get my carpets cleaned more often. Thanks to the professional and knowledgeable tech for treating my home as if it was his own.”

“I was very impressed talking to the owner about the process ChemDry uses. The technician was able to come out the next day, called to let me know he was on his way to my house. He carefully wiped off any overspray on the baseboard. I had very dirty traffic areas so they took longer to dry (about 4 hours), but that is much shorter time than my last cleaning from another company that took 24 hours to dry - with fans! I already scheduled another cleaning in 6 months. I highly recommend this company.”

“I was extremely happy with Southside Chem Dry’s services. I have very light-colored furniture and area rug that had a lot of stains and spills. I didn’t think anyone would be able to get those pieces clean, but Southside left them in fantastic condition! The stains and spots were gone. I couldn’t believe it. The young man that came to my house was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Southside Chem Dry.”

“Rarely do we use services we aren’t familiar with. However, having carpeting for the first time in many years, we called Chem-Dry for their carpet cleaning service. We received a reminder call in advance and a call from the technician to let me know when they would arrive. They were prompt, courteous, thorough and did a great job. I will be calling again.
